1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at jerseyproper.com (the "Site") or any services, features, content, or applications offered by Jersey Proper, a trade name of MICHAEL EHRLICH CONSULTING LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
Jersey Proper provides web design, graphic design, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, lead generation services, custom application development, and related digital services for small businesses (collectively, the "Services"). Additionally, the Site may offer tools, including but not limited to the Property Analyzer tool, which provides informational data and analysis (the "Tools").
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
